Among others, Synamic Technology is also actively researching the application of Artificial Intelligence in cyber security. In the consortium, Synamic is implementing the software platform for data management, recipe management, and implementing the application.

Bulduri Tehnikums

Bulduri Tehnikums is an insititution providing vocational training for various professions, among others for cooks and hospitality services. Buldures students are successfully participating in international competitions for young chefes. In the consortium, Bulduri Tehnikums is responsible for the creating recipes with high culinary value, and for identifying ingredient replacement options.

DISE (German Institute for Sports Nutrition)

DISE is a research institute focusing on optimal nutrition for athletes. Among other, it is providing nutrition consulting for Germanies Olympic rowing team, and it has established a quality seal for healthy products. In the consortium, DISE is responsible for evaluating the nutritional value of the recipes and providing guidance in ingredients for target audiences with special needs.
